Contest Brief

I am looking for a very creative graphic designer to design me a logo and business card urgently, in the next 6-12 hours, as there is an opportunity to meet with prospective buyers this weekend.
I have started a Construction/Property Development company in Brazil building small apartment buildings with 4-5 apartments. The company is called Floripa Construções, the apartments will be sold to people buying their first home and we want to sell the dream of owning property, as well as a lifestyle. I would like to see something representing property/apartments in the lettering of the name. Florianópolis is a tropical island off the coast of Brazil so maybe incorporate something that represents nature and relaxation in the branding as well.
I intend to build this company to be immediately recognised in future years as a huge developer across the state of Santa Catarina. I need the branding to have impact and be memorable.
The business card with have the logo on one side, and on the other side formatting that displays the following information; Name, Director, Phone, Email. I have attached mockups of a brochure that will be distributed to an event this weekend, I just need the logo to be designed urgently and added to the marketing.
