Contest Brief

I am writing an academic paper, and need 3 figures made a lot better than i can make them in Word with SmartArt. See the attached word doc. The delivery date for completion must be before Friday 22nd of June if chosen, as that is when i need to submit. The figures are:
1. Straight forward one of the Pyramid.
2. One that is better than on page 2. Ideally it would also have all the values and qualities and principles (listed after the figure) in this same figure, but still get the idea across that values and qualities flow onto principles - as the figure i have designed. I would anticipate this will be a big figure and am open to ideas, is has to be in portrait orientation, but i would suspect could take up the top half of an A4 page. This is the hardest one to design.
3. The figure on page 6 or something like it getting across the same idea.

What i am after is creative design - not boring academic, but fresh and cool. It has to be on white background and can be color or black and white. As soon as i see a design that is cool - esp for the second figure that is harder - , i will go with it.
