Contest Brief

Need to implement a GUI for a tetris game. In java using swing etc. This is two parts project, or two milestones; A and B. For now, I just want Part A implemented. I will provide the back end code for this project.
Please check the instructions for part A below.
Need it completed in Eclipse.
