Hi! I'm looking for a skilled and talented retoucher. You need to be skilled in high end beauty retouching (NO airbrushing). I prefer techniques like frequency separation and dodge and burn. Your main tasks will include retouching of skin, eyes, fly aways (hair), teeth whitening, lighting. I don't want it to look fake or overdone. It needs to look natural and professional.

I'm attaching 3 test images here. Please retouch and post before and after.

The winner of this contest will be offered a long term on-going job opportunity.

It seems that the organizer does not watch the work of other participants, except the works of his favorite. I think that my work No. 51 is done at a good level, with professional retouching not only of the skin and eyes (bags under the eyes and proteins), but the elimination of defects (bra strap and nail on the hand of a woman. But my work wasn't appreciated at all.
