Contest Brief

I am looking for a flyer that we can leave at homes in which we can leave a rough estimate. I have attached an example of what I am looking for. This flyer should fold in half from top to bottom using a standard 8.5" x 11" piece of paper. I also attached a leave behind door tag that was recently created. Hopefully we can incorporate a similar design. I also have a word doc with some information for each line item along with a disclaimer.
