I have two spreadsheets of products for our online store downloaded as CSV files. One sheet has photos and all information for an old product list with old pricing. It is in the Shopify coordinated template.The other is the current inventory list with current pricing but no photos or descriptions. It is a report from our brick and mortar store. There are approximately 5,000 items in each full spreadsheet. I need the two merged into one current product list with the current pricing in one column. Matching the UPC number row for the products would organize the line items with the current pricing. The spreadsheet would be then uploaded as a CSV file compatible with Shopify to update the photos and remove items that do not exist on the new price list. .
The uploaded examples are the first 250 items in the store. If they are organized, the freelancer awarded the project will get the entire spreadsheet and it should organize easily with the same query.
I am not sure why Freelancer show that the supported file types are jpeg, gif, etc. I need the files in excel compatable with the proper csv compatible with Shopify.

Sorry, Ratis. The items in the lists have some creative UPC entered by the worker posting items as they go into inventory. Fresh vegetables fall under this category. I can do that manually if necessary after. But if they match both, I would leave them on the list. Again, I can remove them manually.

Hello, I did check out Your added example file and I have a question – what happens with the items who don’t have (or is very short) UPC (“Variant Barcode” in the file)? Is it possible to ignore them automatically or necessary to try to match them by, e.g., title?

I am uploading two sample files with 250 items. I need the following: Old list - 1. all items that show up in current list 2. Photo URL for items 3. Add items that are listed in current list but not old list. they will not have photos yet, but we will upload later. Current list: - price column in USD and column in CRC. I would like to remove items in old list that do not show up in new list, add all items from new list. Give me a minute to load them
