Contest Brief

We are looking for a web designer who will re-build our old website www.golica.si - with both front-end and back-end web development functions. The developer has to make sure that the front-end logistics are correctly working with the back-end logistics. The graphics should be the same as on the old one, it should work on mobile phones, have a nice place for google adds and our banners, easy access to our "NEWS" - for inspiration you can see the iTunes Store or similar. The most important news shell appear as a banner for example which can be wiped.
We would like to create something that is simple and easy to modify, add photos, text, videos (Youtube Videos) and edit information. If possible we would like to link the homepage to our Facebook page.
It’s imperative that this person understand that a website is a representation of the business to which it belongs.

In order to research and develope the backend of the website I will need more time. I have found an ecommerce platform that will work and is easy for you to edit products, images, videos, text etc. but you will need a CMS (Content Management System) to edit the rest of the website outside of the CD Market. I'm researching a CMS that is user friendly and free but will need more time.
