Contest Brief

We are planning to redesign the website www.virtual-elf.com to make it more elegant and enable additional functionality. WE want to start with just redesigning the Home Page first. This contest is for Home Page only. The winner of this contest will be awarded an additional contract of $140 to design up to 9 additional inside pages.

Here are the changes needed for the Home Page:

In addition to Cloud Strategy, Development and Marketing, we want to add Ongoing Support.

The Banner needs to be more vibrant. It should have dark background. The left side should be open to messaging, and right side should have a vibrant image that shows a collection of digital services like Websites, ECommerce applications, mobile apps, Web Applications, etc.

The three services below shoudl become four services. Instead of light background, it should have dark background.

Keep the section called "Let us build a differentiating cloud presence for your company while you focus on your core business" but make it more impactful and dynamic.

Below that, create two separate sections, one for special offers (like ecommerce sites), and another for Blog.

Keep the section for "Some companies we have helped" but make it more impactful.
