Contest Brief

I have attached my current logo. As you can see it is a little outdated and I want you to help me fix that. I do not want any 3D renderings unless you are able to deliver it to me in 3D.

** Looking for something different!!! **

Here are my guidelines:
► Must be Red, White and Blue
► Must use an American Flag
► Must use company name - Ambassador Pest Management Services
► Optional text, but prefer to keep it - Commercial, Residential, Equestrian
► Optional text - Serving Florida Since 1989
► I prefer a rectangle type of design - horizontal - current image is 650 × 139 pixels. it doesn't have to be exactly same size, but something near these dimensions.

I would like the Design available in:
► fully editable and scalable layered vector .PSD
► .PNG with transparent background.
► .JPG +
► .PDF +

All fonts used in the design should be delivered as well.
