Contest Brief

We're looking to redesign our real estate signs that we place at properties for sale. Looking for something very clean and modern, incorporating both our team logo and brokers logo that are attached.KW Vermont must be the largest identifier on the sign per state regs. Were looking to keep them to 30''hX24''w but might be open to another size if its needed for better design. More than happy to answer questions.Note:if you could take out the Keller Williams part and just use KW Vermont that would be great.

Update:Hello! Thanks for the entries so far. I'm NOT looking for a new logo, this contest is simply for a real estate sign redesign. As far as text goes I would like to see For Sale (not to be the primary piece of the sign just somewhere on it) Our phone number 488-3487 maybe website templetonvthomes.com. State compliance requires the KW Vermont to be the largest identifier on the sign, please keep that in mind with the size. I do like the look of the Templeton logo having a black background.
