I need a professional and sleek brochure designed for marketing and promotion to a general public audience. The goal is to create a visually appealing and engaging piece that effectively communicates and promotes my business.

Our clients are higher income earners so the feel of the brochure must reflect this.

I have attached the proof from a local printing shop which does not meet the specifications of my brief in terms of its style, i want the feel of a magazine spread eg nice font and layout.

Key Tasks:
- Redesign the current brochure with a stylish, modern, and professional look and feel
- Ensure the design is engaging and visually appealing to the general public
- Make recommendations for layout, color scheme, and imagery to enhance the overall design

Please keep the text included in the pages the same.

I like the front and rear cover pictures so please keep them.
