Contest Brief

THIS IS NOT A FLYER OR BROCHURE.....IT IS A BOOK COVER DESIGN.....but Freelancer does not have that listed in the drop down menu.

Here are some files to review and I'll describe where we are now.

The book is to be released in 1 month. Cover 2a is what we thought we were going with but feedback from others suggested we need to change. Cover 6 is what we've evolved to. We LIKE the wave like graphic or something like it to indicate the big wave of change that is coming. We like the title POWER SHIFT and we like the Subtitle The New Rules of Engagement. We are still struggling with the byline which you will see several different ones we are trying ...like "Discover What Happens When An Irresistible Force Meets An Influential Leader. The book is basically how the old leadership model of top down (command and control) is no longer working and will have to change mainly because the Millenial Generation is growing and this is not their preferred style to work within. In a nutshell....leadership strategies have to change and so the idea is to do it now because the change will happen within 10 years....like it or not.
