Contest Brief

I need a 2 page website design for a simple site that will take in a user's home address and give them back a home value evaluation. For this design I will need the homepage and the contact page. If you look at the links below you'll see that type of website i'm looking to build.

A couple of notes:
1. I won't need a menu bar, just a header
2. I need a logo of some sort that represents a house. It doesnt need to be fancy
3. the name of the site is Price My Home Today so that should be incorporated.
4. I'm attaching a few pictures that i like but if you want to use any others please do.
5. I have 3 more of these sites i need done so if this goes well there will be more work.

Is it only the design that you want?
Do you have the engine which is evaluating the properties? If you have it then will you ask for integration within the website?
