Would like to have a design made for the below text. We will have this graphic design printed and made into a canvas and post in our office. We are a construction company that renovates houses. Our company logo is attached.

Ten Commandments of Finance

1. You shall make a profit on every project

2. You shall have a good reason, well in advance, for not making a profit on a project

3. You shall not prepare a projject budget without a well-defined scope of work

4. You shall not change the scope of work witout a corresponding change in schedule and/or fee

5. you shall get your invoices out on time

6. You shall not begin work without a signed contract

7. You shall not alow time or reimbursable expenses to accumulate without invoicing

8. You shall not grovel and seek additional work from a client who has not paid the bill

9. You shall not continue to work on a project for a client who has not paid the bill

10. You shall document everything!
