Contest Brief

I'm in need of a logo for a group of gamers that plays Ace Combat, which is a Computer Flying Game. The Group name is called Kingdom of the Skies.

The name doesn't have to be in the Logo
Would like for it to incorporate some elements of Fifth Generation fighter Jets.
I'm including the Old logo we used, feel free to improve upon that or start from Scratch.
Hoping to capture a 21st Century Military look/feel
Preferable if you incorporate Air Force Colors, (I.E. white and Blue)
