I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in the certificates. The good news is that they are now finished and are being mailed this week. My hope is that it will reach you in the next 1-2 weeks depending on the mail system in your country. Please let me know if you have not received it by the first week in December and I will see if we can just do something electronically instead. Thank you again for your patience and for your work on this project.

1. It took me around 20 ( I don't work too fast) 2. Around 150$ maybe 3. 150$- I don't think the money should different in this case.
