I need an awesome monogram logo The name of the company is JP Housing

I need a monogram logo with JP as the key features. I'm looking for a sophisticated logo that we can add the subtitle to their branches underneath as additional logo versions.

The monogram logo as a standalone logo: JP
Other logo versions: JP Housing, JP Residences, JP Investments, JP Partners

I'm looking for Grays and Blues and maybe GOLD and BLACK for the partners version

They are in the real estate world so it needs to be sophisticated but not cold
