- files is "copy of zasedenost2018.ghsheet"
- link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wEJwdpHpl5UUoDCwnlpxiSdY2tjCN71slVuM_WveUSU/edit?usp=sharing
- in sheet Occupancy Rate occupancy for 2016, 2017 is already calculated but i need the data for 2018 and 2019 is missing
- make the sheet for 2020 and it also needs to be connected to the "Occupany Rate" for 2020
- you need to do it simple
- in need training how to do it on my own for the future years for the stats. it can be also some other way if you find a better solution.
(you tube video would be prefered).

Statistic that I need in the occupancy rate:
- room occupation for a specific room per month
- room occupation on an annual basis
- the Occupancy Rate sheet already covers it most
- you can delete rows U and V because I dont need them anymore
- the files has to be as small as possible for fast working when sharing
- formuals have to be simple and clean
- dont make any changes on the sheet "Zasedenost 2018" and "Zasedenost 2019"

I have a question re the Zasedenost 2018 or Zasedenost 2019 sheets. When you have a 0 in one column does it count as 0 or 1 in the OccupancyDB sheet? For example 1/01/2018 room 4* as a 0 in it on the Zasedenost 2018 but shows as 1 in OccupancyDB? Thank you for your answer.
