Modification of icons in Illustrator

Background:
An icon designer has created 5 icons for us, which describe the following process:
1) Select form
2) Select options on form
3) Case-workers finalises form
4) Last review und modification
5) Final form is ready

For the correct order of the icons please see enclosed file “Icon 1 to 5”. The icons are okay but do not all appear to be 100% of the same style. for instants, some Icons are more dominant than the others because of the chosen line weight.

Scope of work:
The task is to make the icons look like the same style. I suggest to keep the icons “light” like icon 1. Furthermore, I would like the Case-workers in icon 3 to be connected by a rectangular or circle, not by a triangle (see attached redline mark-up). I have enclosed the IA file for the purpose of the contest.

Copyright:
The employer retains the design rights and other intellectual property rights and copyrights of all documents prepared by the employer. Freelancers shall be entitled to use them or copy them only for the project and the purpose for which they are intended. Freelancers must not infringe any intellectual property rights. The winning freelancer has to make sure that the copyright to his design will automatically be passed to the employer upon payment. The freelancer has no right to be credited for his work in the public domain.

Confidentiality:
Freelancers must treat as confidential all information and content received and created under the competition; and all other information which of its nature is confidential or which the freelancer ought reasonably to know is confidential. Freelancers must not publish or enable others to publish any information in connection with the competition without the prior written consent of the employer. The freelancer must ensure that its officers, employees, agents and subcontractors comply with the freelancers' obligations above.
