Contest Brief

The model showing the floor layout is in SkethUp with lots of the requirements stated in the annotations. The design should be luxury modern with details of flooring, objects, lighting, ceiling, and needed walls that will separate the bathrooms from the rest of the bedroom suite. Final delivery should include a 2D plan including furniture layout plus 3D rendering from 3 different angles per area (bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridor)
