Minimalist Logo needed for podcast/website

Contest Brief

I'm looking for a minimalist flat modern logo for a podcast/website. The show will be about quarterbacks(football) and concepts like responding to adversity, mindset, leadership, etc. Things that contribute to success in the game and in life. I would like the base colors to be black and white. The name of the website is XQB. One idea is to have the letters "QB" to stand out from the "X" somehow. I'm looking for the "XQB" and a symbol(logo) next to the letters, above the letters, or other configuration. The logo could also be incorporated into the letters. Please no cartoons, footballs or clipart. I need the size to be at a minimum 1400x1400 and a maximum of 3000x3000. Logo needs to be social media compatible. I have included pictures below of examples to get a sense of the style I'm looking for. These are not my work and belong to someone else. For reference only. Thank you for your consideration.
