I am seeking a proficient graphic artist for a logo design project. This request is specifically for my T-shirt business, Overtime Apparel Company. I think I would like the logo to say Overtime Apparel Co. but I'm open to both names being used.

Here's what I need:

- A minimalist logo design in line with current trends.
- The logo should incorporate letter initials and text only.
- The primary colors for the logo should be green, black, grey, and white.

The ideal freelancer for this job would have:

- Extensive experience in logo design, particularly minimalist designs.
