For this project, I am looking for a talented 3D maquette artist to create a realistic 3D model of an educational complex. I do not have any drawings or specifications for this project and am open to any suggestions the artist might have. The complex includes more than 7 buildings. The product of the job should be a realistic 3D model. The 3D model should be accurate, detailed and of the highest quality. This project needs someone creative and highly skilled with 3D modeling. If you think you have what it takes, I would love to work with you!

For this architectural project, a large plot of land with easy access is essential, preferably with a green area around it to provide a more pleasant environment. The complex will consist of different landscape-integrated buildings, with some blocks connected by walking paths in order to allow a fluid circulation between the different areas, with large green areas and pleasant landscaping. The total area of ​​the complex must be between 170,000 and 250,000m², being:

Para este projeto arquitetônico é fundamental um terreno amplo e de fácil acesso, preferencialmente com área verde ao redor para proporcionar um ambiente mais agradável. O complexo será constituído por diferentes edifícios integrados na paisagem, com alguns quarteirões ligados por percursos pedonais de forma a permitir uma circulação fluida entre as diferentes áreas, com grandes áreas verdes e agradável paisagismo. A área total do complexo deve estar entre 170.000 e 250.000m², sendo:

Kindergarden, Elementary and HighSchool buildings are close to the sports club, so they´ll have the water piping and system shared (pools, etc).

University Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, and Medical Center are close to each other, with proper walking passages from one to another. Right after are the Academy of Sciences and the research and Tech Scientific Development Center.

The living space with mall should be centered and easy to access by all blocks.

The University Hotel will host students and also normal guests. Different sectors for each is desirable and will stand close to the Health facilities.

The administrative center will embrace all the complex too and should be almost the same distance from all the blocks.

      Boa tarde Edmilson! Desculpe, a fala anterior não ficou correta.
      o prazo inicial era de 7 dias e estendemos por mais 5 dias. Esse período é para escolher os profissionais e propostas de projeto que mais apresentarem afinidade com o que buscamos. Segundo as regras do Freelancer, temos 30 dias para selecionar o projeto vencedor, após o prazo inicial ter acabado.
      É sim para apresentar a maquete 3D ao final dos 30 dias, com as imagens do Complexo com as vistas gerais e as vistas dos blocos ou partes individualizadas e com a visualização também de um observador interno (andando pelo complexo) não é necessário o detalhamento interno (nesse momento).
      Agora, precisa se respeitar as dimensões (aproximadamente, claro né) dos espaços determinados na descrição do projeto.

    Dears, here´s Fernando´s partner, another newbie at Freelancer.com.
    I guess I missed the point here. I thought that the contest time is for presenting drafts and proposals to check each contestant´s skills and then provide 30 days for the winner to finish the project. If it´s the case, no confusion was made.

This 3d model has the "plastic" objective, to show the structure to facilitate the visualization of the concept we are creating. The "how" the complex will work, business plan, etc., is ready. But it is important that those who are pleading to invest have a visual idea of how the project can look.     Quando formos efetivamente desenvolver o projeto, aí sim teremos de fazer estudos detalhados para cada bloco que compõe o complexo, atendendo respectivas normas de cada área, como por exemplo, a do hospital.
    Quem fizer esta parte e for contemplado, certamente será convidado para o projeto definitivo, detalhando, modificando, adaptando o que já foi feito e aprovado nesse modelo visual.
    Dessa forma, agora não temos qualquer arquivo de projeto, e como já estamos apresentando a proposta, com boa aceitação, queremos esse modelo 3D o mais rápido possível, considerando um tempo hábil para o profissional também poder fazer algo de qualidade.
    Precisamos do detalhamento externo de cada bloco, integrado a todo o complexo, levando em consideração a mobilidade interna, paisagismo, e podendo ao final fazer um "tour virtual" pelo complexo 3d, aos olhos de uma pessoa andando pelo complexo.

    Olá, para entenderem melhor o objetivo deste projeto, estamos com uma idéia bem consolidada, apresentando pra diversos potenciais investidores.
    Esta maquete 3d tem o objetivo "plástico", de mostrar a estrutura para facilitar a visualização do conceito que estamos criando.
    O "como" o complexo funcionará, business plan, etc, está pronto. Mas é importante quem está pleiteando investir ter uma idéia visual de como poderá ficar o projeto.
    Este é o motivo de não precisarmos agora de um detalhamento interno, e de poder considerar um terreno plano como padrão. (continue)
