I would like a design made for a tee shirt. I only want two colors . black and white. I would like a all black back ground. please take the picture i upload and change the image to a cartoon form in all white. and put his quote in white also . The quote is " The government itself has failed us, and the white liberals who have been posing as our friends have failed us." write his name in cursive after his quote in half the size as the quote itself .
