Contest Brief

I need an editable book order flyer. I've attached the previous version and it worked pretty well. I've included the graphics necessary. Just looking for something professional and QUICK.
Keep an eye on the comments, I'll post updates and answers to questions as fast as I can.
The primary difference for the new order form is the addition of Echoes of Creation, which is a sequel to The Price of Creation. The author also won Best of State, so we'd like the medal incorporated in an appropriate way. The winning entry will make the order clear, look professional, be editable, and include all the relevant information. Feel free to contact me with any questions, I'm looking for a VERY quick turnaround on this one.

Also worth noting that many people will print this off in black and white, so it would be good to check and make sure that your design still looks good and all the words are clear in black and white.

  Okay Sir i already submitted that which you want show up. This is two view side by side. Main flyer are colorful and if you want to print out gray-scale/B&W it's look like as a Right side image. Please check out my last two entry #28 #29

The flyer should fit on a 8.5' x 11' paper.

  No, I do not. A4 is too long in the vertical dimension, so the printers here that use 8.5x11 paper end up cutting off the bottom of the document.
