Contest Brief

I need to design a couple logos for the front pocket of my tshirt brand. I have a few ideas that just need tweaking and I think it should be a fairly easy job. I just need some creativity to make it look great. I am going to upload 3 files:
1. the type of pocket shirt we will be placing this logo on.
2. This logo has been started and I like the overall idea of it.
3. This logo just really needs the wording changed. With the word "Top" being replaced with "3" in a nice fancy font, and then the word "Tier" replaced with "In" in a cool fancy font as well. Also, instead of the multiple stars I would like 3 stars on the top and bottom.
