Logo needed for a laboratory

Contest Brief

We are establishing a testing laboratory for biometrics and identity management and am in need of a logo.
Details for the logo
- The laboratory will be called BIXEL and this should be reflected in the logo. Could also be presented as BIXELab
- The logo should feature the X in the middle
- The logo should also include our parent company logo (attached) somewhere on it. Please make sure you use the 'Biometix' part of the logo without changing font and inclusion of the small round graph icon next to it is optional. These should NOT be modified for the logo but are just a part of the new logo. The new logo is a different design that just needs to refer back to our company. For inspiration, our website is http://www.biometix.com/
- Looking for a colour logo, but also with black, and with white versions
- Colours should be blue 3E4880 and red DC1F29 + black/white/grey etc.

Update: I have uploaded a sample showing the central 'X' we are looking for but with the colours described above. Also keen to see logos with and without the four icons similar to the sample regarding biometrics (e.g. facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, iris recognition, and voice recognition)
