We need a logo for a small, home development project in the mountains of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. The project is a quaint, ten home development near the Los Picachos mountains. The development will be a modern Mexican design with colonial features and materials. I will attach a photo of the mountains to be used for inspiration. VILLAS LOS PICACHOS is the name of the project.

Hi Salim B. We had so many great entries. Thank you for yours. Several of your entries made it to the final stages. We had over 900 entries and it made it difficult to choose. I'm representing a client's needs and have only used Freelancer for a few projects so perhaps I have a lot to learn about expressing our design needs. It is often hard to know what is clip art and what is original, given the millions of clip art images out there and we will select something that best represents our development project.   hi SIR , can i know why you reject all my original unique entries and you top rated just a clipart montain from google image ?? no sunrise no cactus , i spend a lot of time to create this and at the finale minute you reject them all and top rate the final minute entries ( 2 min work entries ) , thank you .

Thank you again for all of the interesting options. Please keep in mind the mountains are NOT jagged OR in a cold climate with pine trees...it is mostly an arid climate with warm sunshine with clear skies and cactus, agave, etc.

Wanted to clarify that color logo is not necessary.....but IF color is used...it should be limited to hightlights of yellow/orange and green. (NOT ALL COLORS NECESSARILY TOGETHER) ...

I am receiving many interesting logos, BUT when separating the title VILLAS LOS PICACHOS - VILLAS (should be on top) LOS PICACHOS (should be on bottom line). Many designers are putting Villas Los (on top) Picachos (on bottom). Additionally....if using color.....I see that the best colors are green, orange and yellow. Green for the earth and yellow/orange to reflect the sun and nice weather here. BLUES do not work as they appear to give COLD feeling and our climate is warm. THANKS FOR ALL ENTRIES! I'm looking forward to making a selection when contest ends.
