Contest Brief

I need a logo designed for my company Splash Strategies. I would like the working files and am interested in the following:
Company Name: Splash Strategies
Tag line "Personal Brand Development from the Inside, out"
Colours - Blues and white to match the attached image with font titles in Metalic gold
Fonts: Bangers, Francois One, or Julius Sans One
Image: simple paint splatter effect going upward. Something playing off the tag line of "personal branding from the inside out."
Words to help logo development: impact, potential, dominance, leadership, development, simple, strong

I want the logo to be used with a faded portion of the attached image art image
