I need a creative and professional logo for my pressure washing business

My business name is :
North State Pressure Washing

what my business does:

we pressure wash roofs, windows, solar panels

Let's create something amazing together! I have included a few logos I like and I would like to use for inspiration.I would like the logo to have the following:

- I want the logo to be 3D that would look really cool when vinyl wrapped on my truck and equipment
- Colors of choice are green, white and blue (Cyan/Aqua Blue and dark blue)
- Im very open to designs.

Is like all the entries done in color so that I can see what it will look like when I am using. I am a mobile service and really won’t have any use for indoor wall signs, so those renderings aren’t much help.

My logo will be screen printed on T-shirts and vinyl wrapped trucks, so it is important to have bright colors and also not be too overwhelming at a first glance.

Keep all the submissions coming. I’m seeing some great ideas.
