I need a logo for my real estate business I am launching. The name of the company is: Cash Back Real Estate. I also own the domain name

When a buyer buys a house with me, they will get 50% or half of the commission I earned. These days, most home search start with online and most buyers are very technical savvy, so the need to drive them around to view homes is no longer necessary, so I would like to give back half of the commission as a reward for the buyers doing part of the work. I have attached a few logos I tried making myself but am not really happy with it.

I need a creative design for my logo that shows home buyers will get back 50% of the commission for using my service.

I need the logo design in vector format. A vector file can typically be described as a small, scalable, and editable image that provides designers infinite freedom when it comes to graphic design and illustration. As such, vector images are ideal for graphics such company logos, banner ads, and other design images that often require scaling.

After the logo is designed and selected, I have $500 budget for a website design needed right away.
