Contest Brief

Winner gets $500 USD + Preferred Supplier status for on-going need. Competition ends August 28th.

Dragon’s Vault is a decentralised pension plan based in Singapore. We invest in crypto-assets as well as entrepreneurs and their ventures all over the world.

Inspire
We are looking for a logo that will inspire the following qualities by order of importance:
Security like a bank
Wealth creation & protection
Global and international
Modern and innovative

Timeline
Winner will receive $500 worth of Ethereum to his/her digital wallet before Friday August 28th at Noon Pacific Standard Time. As well, she/he will become a preferred supplier of graphic designs work of Dragon’s Vault until December 31st, 2021. Note, this is a non-binding agreement, but you’ll be the first we come back for additional work and will be selected as long as our relationship is adequate.

Winner will be announced by Wednesday August 26th, 2020 before Noon Pacific Standard Time. $500 worth of Ethereum will be transferred to the digital wallet of the winner.

Prizes
Winner will receive $500 worth of Ethereum to his/her digital wallet before Wednesday August 26th at Noon Pacific Standard Time. As well, she/he will become a preferred supplier of graphic designs work of Dragon’s Vault until December 31st, 2021. Note, this is a non-binding agreement, but you’ll be the first we come back for additional work and will be selected as long as our relationship is adequate.


The top 10, including the top winner, will also have their services promoted as our preferred supplier for our own customers through BackOffice Consortium.

Style
We are looking for an animated logo that you can build with Aftereffect, trapcode, etc. A logo that is on par with logo seens in the movie industry that ooze professionalism. Most of our interactions are digital, so there is no need to have a boring non-animated logo.
However, you are also required to include a downgraded version (low amount of colors and no animations) for business cards.

You can be heavily inspired from our existing draft logo, but feel free to diverge also. If you do happen to mostly stick with the current design, we hope to see a fire breathing dragon.

Conditions

You can submit as many entries as you want.

Install Metamask.io and create a digital wallet to receive the cash prize.

You shall not copy the logo or any component thereof from a third party. Plagiarized Logo’s will be eliminated.

You represent and warrant that you have full rights and authority to enter into the competition.

You undertake that the logo submitted by you shall be original; shall be created solely by you; shall be free of any and all encumbrances; and, shall not infringe rights of any third party.

Any and all existing Intellectual Property Rights in the winner logo at the competition shall belong exclusively to Dragon’s Vault. “Intellectual Property Rights” shall mean all rights and title in respect of the winning logo at the competition, including but not limited to, any rights and interests in inventions, patents, copyrights, designs, trademarks, trade-names, technology, business names, logos, commercial symbols, processes, developments, licenses, trade secrets, techniques, specifications, patterns, drawings, software, formulae, technical information, research data, concepts, methods, procedures, designs, confidential information, reports, recommendations and any other knowledge of any nature whatsoever including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, design and other rights to apply and any amendments/modifications, renewals thereto.
You shall not use the winning logo for any purpose whatsoever except for the purpose of submitting it to the competition.

Dragon’s Vault may alter the terms of the competition or cancel the competition at any time.

Dragon’s Vault decision shall be final and binding.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
