Contest Brief
We had previously selected a designer through Freelancer.com to work on a logo design for us. The end result is OK, but it's not amazing, so we figured that we would run a contest to see if we can get a better design.
Our company is a new start up, providing property maintenance and fit out services to homes and offices in Dubai. We are building the company on a foundation of 'LOVE and RESPECT' for everything (customers, colleagues, suppliers, tools, vehicles, equipment, etc.) - hence the name Heart Property Technical Services LLC.
We wish to incorporate the strap line "on time - done right" and it is important that we are not mistaken for a real estate company. Our technical credentials must be evident.
There is no facility here to upload the original brief, or to upload a copy of the design which we are looking to improve on, but we can provide both if/when requested.

me2mebd - you made a copy of the winning logo, posted it to i.imgur.com to make it look like the winner had made an exact copy of this and forgot to replace two spots where the green is still showing .... ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

All, we currently favour design 1001 and 1141 submitted by Prasadwcmc. We have asked for some modifications, but this logo encapsulates the essence of our property maintenance credentials. We decided that the name Heart was enough of a reference to Love & Respect so we abandoned the need for a graphic reference to the heart. With 19 hours remaining, we wish everyone luck and we look forward to reviewing final artwork before making our decision
