Contest Brief

We are hosting our 1st charity poker run, there are several details that havent been worked out yet but generally the following info is what we have. The event will be held on June 9th 2018, registration will start at 0900-1000 and leaving at 1000 (rain or shine). Starting point will be at Wisconsin Harley Davidson in Oconomowoc, WI and stops will follow in order. Watertown VFW, Fort Atkinson VFW (lunch stop), Horse power healing center (beneficiary), New Berlin VFW (end/card draw). We are an organization of military veteran motorcycle riders that dedicate ourselves to helping vets who may be in a hard spot "vets helping vets". All proceeds will be donated to horse power healing for their continued work with wounded vets. We dont know what kind of prizes there will be yet but there will be raffles at each stop and possibly a band at the end. We will offer pre-registration not sure if it will give people a discount or a patch for pre registering. All vehicles are welcome bikes, trikes, cars if it can move down the hiway its welcome. We need our logo on the flyer somewhere as well as some of the sponsors and beneficiary (still not sure on all sponsors yet) i have a ton of info missing and i can hopefully fill it in within the next 20 days. We have some time for this but would like to get flyers out no later than March 24th. I am open to creative ideas and direction but there are guidlines i have to follow, please keep that in mind if i have to refuse a design aspect.
