Contest Brief

I want to turn this office into an apartment. Must integrate bathroom and kitchen, one master bedroom and one children's room at least. Master bedroom doesn't necessarily need a window facing the outside wall, children's room must. Light is a challenge on this one.
Keeping the cost in pace is essential - I would suggest to clarify the floor plan first before advancing to 3D Design.

Hi, modeling and scaling took up most of my time, so the designs are very bare-bones.
I have the full model with the main features, including windows and doors.

I would love to complete the project. Flesh out the design you prefer, add measurements and produce a few beauty renders.
Currently, I didn't manage to complete it within the 5 hours span I set out for myself.

In any case, there are better entries to work with and I'm grateful for the work opportunity.

  I don't think it can be managed without butchering the whole floor pan. You got 7 windows in one wall for 178 square meters...

  The m2 in the png are correct. The dwg's are missing all inner walls - it's only the concrete structure of the building, but everything should be to scale.
