About Growmycareer (http://growmycareer.net):

Growmycareer is a tech-enabled startup which helps students in tech and MBA colleges to achieve their dream jobs. We strongly believe that everything in life can be learned through a systematic approach and sound training. However, not all students have access to such information or focused programs. We intend to bridge this parity using technology.

We provide a whole suite of guided programs (including 1-1 training, group workshops, resume editing services, mock interviews) to ensure our candidate partners achieve their dream jobs. We have a proven set of coaches who have graduated from leading technology and business schools (IIM, ISB, INSEAD, IITs) and have worked at some of the top companies globally (McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Walmart, Netflix, Flipkart, etc.), who are passionate to bring this vision to life.

About The Contest:

We, at Growmycareer, regularly conduct workshops in graduate and under-graduate colleges. A typical workshop will have ~50-100 participants and prepares the participants for their career paths through interactive, hands-on training. We are looking to crowd-source creative activities to conduct in these workshops. The activities could belong to one of the following categories:

1. Identifying candidate strengths / Interest Areas
2. Building candidate Resumes
3. Preparing candidates for Interviews
4. Building confidence

No constraint on answers, the only conditions are that the activity should be:
1. Interactive (must involve participation from participants)
2. Should fulfill purpose of learning

Contest Rules:
