Contest Brief

I want a cartoon/caricature styled illustration...photos of the person is in attachments...

the picture should be this person, on a scooter, with a bag of money (some money falling out of the bag or his pockets). Please include the necklace and face tattoos...gold teeth optional...

The person is looking back and smiling while running (scooting) away from a police car chasing him down a street through town. The police car should say “Sheriff - Seminole County” (please refer to attached photo)!

Thanks for your time and effort! And whoever wins i will have a few similar projects following this one - would love to continue working with the same person!

Text on illustration should say:
Line 1: Scoot Banks
Line 2: Scoot on whoever!

Needs to be complete by the weekend - so if you dont have the time please dont waste any of ours :)
