House design
Hi, my design is simple, minimalist and looks for an easy construction, with no substantial site modifications. The first level is social and transparent, and the second floor is a volume elevated with similar materials than the existing house, to create an floating house. The master bedroom has a balcony connected with the backyard. I hope you like it.

Hi Leonardo, thank your time with this design. Not what i was looking for nor appealing in this case. Yes agreed with the easy construction as we have to keep in mind a strict budget. House would need to be wider. Thanks Again
