I have a Wordpress website that uses Storefront theme. The site is https://puppycentral.com/ and I want the homepage to be designed and it must be responsive and look great on mobile devices as well as desktops and tablets. Site speed is important to us.

I have uploaded our logo. A great design will use our logo to build the theme (not referring to Wordpress theme) for the rest of the site.

I would like to display links to the top 20 most popular dog breeds.

Website seals that may help with the design are: No puppy mill promise (we don't sell puppies from puppy mills) and Health Guarantee

Installing this design is included in the bid. I am looking for above-average quality work.

I would appreciate it if 99% of the "designers" on this site would quit trying to use themes that other people have built as your submission. I am asking for a custom-designed homepage, not who can find a theme that someone else built, that I will like the best. If you use someone else's theme as your submission, even if I don't catch it before I award the project to you, I will dispute the payment. I am looking for someone with actual talent, not someone who searches for their submission on Envato. Please stop wasting my time and yours.

I have been around freelancer.com long enough to know that I am going to receive a lot of low-quality designs. I think $400 for a homepage design is more than fair for an impressive design. Please don't submit designs that you only spend 5 minutes on as you won't have any chance of winning.

We have been working on the backend for several months now and are getting to a point where we are ready to go live soon. The site is online but we are not advertising yet nor do we have any puppies listed on the site, both of those things will be happening in the next month. We specialize in finding buyers for the puppies of AKC registered breeders.
