Contest Brief

We are rebuilding our home that burned down last year.
I have a foundation, garage slab, porch, driveway and sidewalks already in place. I have attached a scale drawing of existing structure. I have also attached a front elevation photo of a home we like, however there will be no brick. Only board and batten siding. Our foundation allows for this style of home with the 2 gables facing the road and a hip dormer with windows in the middle. There should be a main beam running the length of the home to allow for an open area upstairs for the bedrooms, bonus and attic storage. The rear elevation of the home can look more like a true two story design while the front should look similar to the picture. More of a ranch with a large dormer. The main level will have 9 ft high ceilings and the upstairs room will have 8 ft tall ceilings in the rooms as much as possible. Pony walls and angles in the bed room ceilings and bonus are acceptable.
The home should have a master bedroom w/bath (double vanity, garden tub,shower and water closet) and walk in closet, guest bedroom w/bath (this bathroom should also be accessible from the hallway for guests), open kitchen w/breakfast island dining room, family room, pantry, laundry room, covered back porch (no more than 10 ft deep and 12 ft wide) Upstairs will have 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath (jack and jill style)and a bonus room.
The feelancer with the best design will make adjustments based on our review then provide floor plans, exterior elevations, and interior kitchen elevations for us to rebuild our home.

Can you please ensure me that you will build your house having concrete footing, concrete column and concrete slab but instead of brick wall you want to use board and batten? Am I right? Also your building will be two storied. Now you want 2d floor plan and exterior 3d rendering of your house with all requirements that you described in contest. Am I right?
