Contest Brief

I am looking for an impressive logo. It will be used as part of a certification process for products of a particular quality standard. Initially I need just a single logo, but in the future will want to expand to 3-4 different levels of quality.
The logo needs to be able to work in both small format and larger format. Some form of 3D design could enhance (whether just depth of vision 3D or full rendered 3D), I don't have a preference.
In the branding it is desirable to include the "powered by NoiseNet" prefereably including our actual logo- but I recognise this may damage the quality and size of the logo, so feel free to try entries without this.
I have included a rough (poor quality) of my initial thoughts in the attached pdf, along with some other examples of logos that are doing similar things.

It is important that the logo has a clear linkage to the branding of our service. It is called tranquil home and it refers to houses that are quiet, peaceful, free from noise pollution and/or well insulated against noise. Graphical features that can incorporate tranquility would be ideal (I can't say I have a suggestion unfortunately). Or text that refers to tranquil home, tranquil property, quiet or noise-free property could be a part of the design.

    All those logos that are just a representation of NoiseNet have been rejected, we have no plans to change our current logo. I need separate branding that looks like a Quality Certification related to noise. I have used Tranquil Home as a suggestion of this.
