Attached is a Plinko board being used in a digital game. It must be this exact size and format/layout. The final file must be a photoshop psd that the design can be easily recolored.
I'm mostly looking for a design outside of the noted areas however the overall image needs to be fully designed to be usable.

Hi. it mostly needs to be generic so the colors can change based on client branding. However, the overall design needs to be very nice. Some dimension to it is all the better.

you mean you want to design same board but not image you need it vector ?? if this the best is illustrator not Photoshop its more specified in drawing !!
