I have a video that doesn't have the cleanest audio, and I need someone to clean it up for me. :-)

The FIRST person to clean this up, wins the prize. (Oh, and the video doesn't quite match up either, I had a terrible connection during this interview.)
Soo... To recap, clean up audio, match the video, and cut out the first 117 seconds of the video.
