This is a very easy project. You don't really have to do any work..
Let me explain.

We sell massage chair. You can see here https://tinyurl.com/yclyww7u We need a trouble ticket system for our customers. Right now our customer calls us or emails us, and nothing is tracked. Sometimes they have broken chairs that need to be fix, sometimes they ordered and want to know if their chair is shipped, i need a trouble ticket system so they can see if their ticket has been answered yet or not yet.

I need to be able to assign employees to work on each ticket.

So this is very easy work, all you have to do is find the best trouble ticket system and tell me which one and you get $10. This is 10 minutes work for $10 its that easy. If you select the one that fits my criteria you win the project. You dont have to buy it or install it or anything you just have to find a trouble ticket system that fits what i need.

Trouble Ticket Requirement:

1. Must be a php script.. my programmer does not know any other language we need it to be php

2. customer can log in with their username / password and see the status of their ticket.

3. we can create employee account and the employee can login and reply to their ticket.

4. why is this trouble ticket good? why do you think it is better than all theo thers?

5. how much is it? is there an anual fee or is it a one time fee?

Please answer the question above, all you have to do is answer those and if yours is the best trouble ticket for us you get $10. I will also use you to find other script.. we need a lot of other script found also. Each one is $10 so this is very easy work.
