  I've added another picture from the garden side.
  I've made arrows pointing at 1st floor and ground floor.
  Basement is not visible at the picture as it is hidden by the terrace at ground floor.
  The ground itself is actually with great slope. For that reason there would be direct acces from basement rooms to the garden.

  There should not be a balcony at first floor.
  The existing terrace/balcony at first floor facing the garden side should be included to rooms. 1st floor facade towards the garden should most likely be completely window/glass facade.
  
  The terrace at groundfloor(garden side) should stay.

  The balcony at 1st floor is to face front roadside? Is it going to protrude beyond the existing facade wall? Or stay within the facade wall?

  the dimensions don't fit with the photos as ground floor length is less than first floor length regardless the terrace

     Hi there. You can see our own "home-made" floor plan drawings in the file "plantegning (1).pdf" , we are however mainly interested in a drawing of how the house could look like from the outside after renovation.

  If i understand correctly you just want a viev of the exterior? But do you want it in a 3D-rendering or only basic architectural elevation drawings?

     Ok then i unfortunately have to pass atm, sorry! I would understand to make architectural drawings for that price but to put 10+hours of time to make good looking renderings, for a small chance of getting awarded 50 bucks, is a bit frightening. But i might still come back later this weak and make an entry of the work i can make in couple of hours. :)

     I just want exterior drawings of the facade from the roadside and garden side.
     With suggestions on how it should look like after renovation of the house.
     (basement with acces to garden). 1st level balcony included in the house as rooms.
     Existing terrace at the ground floor should be maintained.
