Contest Brief

We need a professional and contemporary design for an email template. Please find specifications below:
- Email template needs to be responsive and compatible with common email clients and web based email interfaces, we are currently using: https://github.com/leemunroe/responsive-html-email-template. (attached file: contactus.template.html) is a sample template file.
- The design for the email template must not be an exact replica of the printable registration form (attached file: Registration Form 01.pdf), on the contrary, it needs to be reworked and we need an elegant and creative design for this template. Feel free to arrange the order of the fields to fit the design. However, the template must contains all the contents of this printable version.
- The design of the template should resemble the current branding and theme of our website: https://www.al-muyassar.ca.
- Number of applications in the email can go up to 9, please see sample file: (attached file: printableRegForm.pdf). However, only the Application box will be repetitive (Green color balloon) Please take that in consideration in your design.
- Your final HTML and CSS files should be minimal and lightweight.
