Contest Brief

I am designing a website for a client and I need some Icons designed for the "Services" on the services page of the site.
The services that they provide consist of the following: (each service will require its own icon)
Concreting cutting
Demolition & Removal
Excavator Hire
Footings
Driveways and Crossovers
Footpaths
Concrete Repairs
Retaining Walls

I would like to see modern style icons.
So mix it up a little, I'd like to see flat icons and I'd also like to see shaded/rendered icons.
You can get imaginative and design them in 3D, as long as they are rendered nicely and are all consistant with eachother, could be good. Have a look at the work done by other contestants and get some ideas. Google search "icons" or "flat icons" and get some ideas. Photoshop Document (PSD) or Illustrator (AI) files are required, and if the icons are vectors, please provide vector version not flatten/rasterized images.

  I believe that design is a visual interpretation of [an] ideation(s) that we have "created" based on the experiences, siting's and even the personality of the individual with the idea. Copying is not respected in my eyes, but allowing ideas to spark in one's mind after seeing the thoughts of another is encouraged. I want to treat this competition in a way where all competitors bounce off each-other in order to come up with the best final result. All credit will be shown to the individual/team with the original version of the design, if and only if the original meets the expectations of the brief and the "copied" design is too close to differ from the original. Where I will make the fair call on that.

  Example: 128 increased to 512. The quality has dropped significantly. http://prntscr.com/632rpi So I wonder, what you need the size of the icons.

  512x512px @ 72 DPI should suffice, as images need to be double the size of what they will be displayed at on a mobile device. Thanks
