Contest Brief

I need a logo designed. I am setting up a sock company that is focused on nostalgia and retro things and would like help designing a logo.

1) Font: Nostalgic, normal (not italic) and something 70s or 80s looking perhaps. A bit like these https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/64809682117281798/
2) Colour: Multicoloured/psychedelic OR Sepia/Vintage OR Simple classic monocolour
3) Shape: Possibly circular
4) Icon (nostalgic): Floppy disk, vinyl record, thought bubble, cloud......something that is nostalgic or evokes and reflects nostalgia. It could be incorporated into the title such as replacing one of the letters such as the 'O' or could be a letter an icon above the name. Of all the icons I have seen, a multi-coloured vinyl record in place of the letter 'o' seems best. Please trial that as one option and see what you think.
