Contest Brief

The competition consist in the design and development of the interior and exterior of a modern ultra-luxury boutique hotel, on the basis of an existing building, currently in a state of ruin. The building is divided into three units ( A in pdf 2 and b1;b2 in pdf 2). This unique building is located on a peninsula surrounded by the sea and enjoys a breathtaking view to value, set in a private park in which it grows predominantly Mediterranean vegetation of tall trees.
Internally the property has to be equipped with seven elegant ultra-luxury suite each with private bath and exclusive furnishings. The various areas will be designed in the knowledge of receiving a large number of guests. For those interested in participating will be provided with the complete material to work on. The buildings must be demolished and rebuilt with the same forms, volume and distances. the plans have a real scale 1:100. My mail is paoloalbai@gmail.com, mail me there for more pics.

  we are vincolated to the existing building volume and form…we can't make other buildings except the existing, but the existing building must be demolited and than rebuilt...
