Need design for my for sale sign. 24x18

My name is Kaity Cook

******I need a FOR SALE YARD SIGN for real estate. Not a logo.*******

The attachment SAMPLE SIGN is what I want.

I want someone to Change where it says Rebecca Smith and put Kaity Cook keeping the word Realtor below it.

Where it says JP and associates put my attachment for Equal Housing Opportunity, Realtor and Team Thomas LOGO.

Attached is an example sign found online. I have also attached my picture and my company logo Team Thomas Equal House Opportunity, and the realtor symbol (all of which need to be on sign). I want the same general layout of this sign. - I do not like the yellow but open to different color scheme ideas. I like the RS personal branding with the key on the sample sign and would like something with KC and Realtor underneath like the example. I do like the key but open to ideas here.
